Two New Moms Support Groups facilitated by health department maternal child health nurses will be starting at the end of June: 

• Mahopac Library, located at 668 Route 6 in Mahopac, in the Lakeview Room 
  Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning June 21 
• Philipstown Friendship Center located at 6 Butterfield Road in Cold Spring 
  Thursdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. beginning June 22 

Both groups are free to attend and do not require pre-registration. Meet other parents with children from 0 to 3 years of age and receive answers to all your parenting questions. Health department nurses, including a certified lactation consultant, will be available to answer questions ranging from sleeping, breastfeeding, milestones, and more.
